She creates a space that feels both soft and strong at the same time, and she guides you with care throughout the entire class 🌞 I had started my day on the wrong foot, but this was the perfect way to end it. Her lower-body focused class is easily one of the best I’ve done, especially her signature Reverse Floor Curtsy Lunge, which has become my absolute favorite for targeting the glutes. Highly recommended.
