The flexibility of having sessions every 10 minutes offers an incredible adaptability, especially in this fast-paced city where everyone is constantly on the go. I also love that each day features different exercises, targeting different muscle groups—upper body, lower body—so there’s no monotony. Plus, the timing pushes you to keep up with the group, and the music is absolutely stellar. Overall, the vibe is just spectacular.

The selection from both pop divas was elite, I was living my pop star music video fantasy!!! I’m pretty new to cycling and Nadia made it super friendly to all user levels! She has such a fun and supportive personality, you’ll have to take a class with her!!!

The check-in people were kind and welcoming and made me feel at ease when I arrived. There was a locker in the woman's locker room to store your stuff. No lock needed. I got to the room and met Moise, our instructor. He was made for this job! High energy, a great sense of humor, clear instructions, and just a lot of fun! Half the class was boxing and half was weights. I loved that it was a full body workout and the 45 minute class went by so fast! I'm older and I was able to modify the things I could not do. Also the room was dark so you felt comfortable at whatever level you were at. I would definitely recommend taking a class with Moise. He was wonderful! It is something that really was worth waking up for and really helped get your day off to a great start!

Throw in breath work and I was in heaven. Julia was amazing with her instructions and corrections. She asked for permission before adjusting. She offered modification. But most importantly, she showed us what we did incorrectly so that we can fix it on the other. Bk has many great instructions but sometimes you just need to switch it up-glad I did today. The format is efficient and the class goes by quickly, hitting all body parts. You can also figure out modifications if needed (I have a screw in my foot, so skip the slider ab series and just plank). The studio is very cute and whimsical, which is nice on a Monday morning!

The instructor had a great and motivating energy to get you through the workout. Also really appreciate that this studio doesn’t have mirrors in it, helped me be fully present in the workout and not worried about how I rough I look after work haha. Recommend!
