It felt slightly challenging, but not impossible. I definitely would come back again to hone my posture. Karen also does hands on correction; at the beginning of class you can opt out of it too! I really appreciate all the aspects of her class :-)

Kari was an incredible instructor, and I loved the way she went about this class It was so relaxing and she reminded us to come back to the present at the perfect times, as well as reading us a poem and just doing a phenomenal job. The studio is literally stunning.

Unique poses & transitions. Definitely more Hatha than Vinyasa imo, but holding poses for longer is challenging! I was still able to be present because my muscles were working so hard LOL

The light massage was perfect and she was so gentle during cleansing, dermabrasion and moisturizing. She was also very helpful at adjusting the facial to meet my needs due to pregnancy. The session was mostly centered around my sciatica and not only has the pain disappeared but my legs are so much looser I barely recognize them. My nervous system and mood had improved significantly in the work. In my meditation later that evening I felt so much more energy that it was almost scary. Do note that facia work can be painful so if you are sensitive to this communicate it on the call before booking.
