They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. Eddie is an excellent teacher whose Sangraha practice combines poses, breathwork and krias for an instant mood and body boost. The studio also shares the space with a Ganesh Temple, which is exquisitely decorated. Can't wait to come back.

She focused on the sacral chakra area, especially the hips, which felt incredible and was exactly what I needed. I also really appreciated the spiritual elements she incorporated into the class. I felt so open, relaxed, and renewed afterward. She is super friendly, and you can clearly see that she genuinely loves what she does. The studio is beautiful as well. The space is lovely, filled with windows, and has such a warm, uplifting energy. When I come back to Manhattan, I can’t wait to visit this studio again.
