This was my first time in a barre studio and I had no idea what to expect. The workout was high energy and really fun. Friendly FYI- in this class, you’ll be expected to hit the mitts, aka, when the instructor comes up to you, they’ll give you a combo to hit with them 1:1! That’s something I need to get used to haha. Otherwise it’s a super great class, with great hitting and kicking combos that are balanced to work your body evenly with every class!

That means the most, being someone who’s been having joint pain recently and looking to maintain alternatives for my shoulders before busy season with work.
