From start to finish, she made the whole process so enjoyable. I came in quite late for my appointment, but Alessia and the staff were incredibly patient and kind, which put me at ease immediately. I showed Alessia some Pinterest inspiration, and she absolutely nailed it. Sitting in her chair felt like a transformative experience—my confidence grew with every step of the process. Alessia’s attention to detail, her skill, and her warm personality made this more than just a hair appointment; it was self-care at its finest. Kayleigh, fresh out of hair school, was thoughtful and incredibly attentive. While she didn’t have much experience with my hair type, it was exciting for both of us to try out a new look. She handled my hair with so much care, walking me through the entire process and explaining each product she used. Kayleigh also went the extra mile by recommending another staff member who is more familiar with my hair type for a future haircut and color consultation. I’m so happy to have been paired with her and wish her the best as she grows in her career. For someone new to my hair type, she did an amazing job, and I hope others give her a chance too!
