Women's Only Class
alle Bewertungen anzeigeni never thought i'd see myself in a martial arts class, but because this studio had a women's-only class, I had to try it! And when I say women's only, it was definitely women's only, no men training in the studio and only female instructors. We learned a few scrappy and self defense moves and some muay thai foundations. Overall, it was a cool experience and all levels were welcome. I'd love to see some more fitness-oriented women's classes here as well, i'll definitely be keeping my eyes peeled.
