I love the balance of the Pilates and Yin in this class.. the movement in the Pilates is just enough to build a sweat but as soon as you do it’s time for deep stretches and calming down. Love love love it!

Exactly what I was hoping for. Just the right amount of challenge to push yourself but with enough slowness to catch your breath.
