My machine wasn’t working for a minute but he was super adaptable to making it an incredible workout. I also bought a friend for the first time who loved it. Been attending some recent barrecore classes with instructors that have been rushing through moves and not pacing the class well or focusing on one side more than the other but this was the first class in AGES that I felt had really good flow and pacing so thank you!

The class is challenging, but it's beginner friendly because there are always easier variants of the poses we do. If you're looking for a relaxing, low effort class, this isn't for you. But if you want to challenge yourself and see big improvement in your flexibility, stamina and strength, this class is great.

Only thing I would say is some of the exercises went on a bit long which got.l a bit tedious, but she kept everyone engaged and gave good corrections so there was a strong focus on form. Overall loved it, will be back!
