alle Bewertungen anzeigenUpon learning that I was relatively new to hot yoga and yoga in general, the receptionist advised that I take it easy and gave me a tip to not hold my breath as I stretch. Really thankful for that advice. The class was good, the instructor was chill and had very peaceful vibes. Some stretches were pretty intense, but overall it is definitely doable, suitable for beginners. Would have preferred if we went deeper into the stretches and held the stretch longer.

He was also very respectful, ensuring that us ladies were comfortable with being guided and if anything was too much. I'd love to attend more classes, but the credits required for this studio is quite high compared to others like Yoga Movement. Could you please reconsider the pricing? 🙏🏻
