Her instruction was clear, engaging, and extremely informative—she really knows her stuff and made the entire session feel both educational and deeply beneficial. I left feeling rejuvenated and genuinely good, like my body got a full reset. The studio itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and so inviting and welcoming. I did semi-private training; my trainer corrected my form and checked others, always within a few steps. An iPad with video instructions is available. It was a 60 minite glass with several exercises and reps tailored to my fitness. The front desk didn't seem to be expecting a Classpass member but they ushered me right in and I didn't wait at all. I like this place and it appears that all the trainers have a Kinesiology degree so the professionalism and attention to detail is evident right away..I will be back for sure. Alsk the workout was pretty exhausting so thinking it works.
