It was a really good workout and Brittany did a good job explaining each of the poses , which I really appreciated. Will definitely be back.

I am a runner, a spinner, and all around busybody; this class was beautifully instructed and allowed me to be less crunchy. Amy offered gentle hands on adjustments to help build my yoga practice as well. She is a gem.

If you’re late, feeling uncomfortable in a pose, or keep knocking over your water bottle (like I was lol) she is always there to help you. I never feel pushed to do more than I can in her classes, and I always feel so great after! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for fun start to your day!

The only complaint I have is that many people complain about it being too hot in the room when the class is clearly described as being a hot class. Instead of opening the doors and accommodating those complaining, it may be nice to tell them to do child’s pose or leave the room for a break instead. I love the heat and come for a hot class everytime so that would be my request. Overall this is an amazing studio and I love coming here consistently!

However, my experience at the front desk with Katie Stephens was less than satisfactory for various reasons. As a frequent visitor to Tampa, I am uncertain if I will return to this establishment in the future.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenFavorite instructor I have had here. Very calming voice, friendly, and demonstrated everything. I really dislike when instructors don’t demonstrate movements and she not only demonstrated them, but also did the majority of the class alongside us. No other instructor at this studio I have had so far is consistent with that. Also, I have done the Y6 Hot classes with other instructors who take the heat down on between and just generally don’t make it as hot. This wasn’t the case with Kelsey. I really feel I got my moneys worth and I will be choosing her classes when I can moving forward.
