You can tell that she really enjoys her job and was very patient and tactful in showing me new poses since it was my first Restore class and I have been to other CP classes but this one was a nice change!

We used kettle bells, dumbbells, jump rope, and the parking lot to burn calories. This is the spot to shred weight and tone!
