Even as a certified yoga instructor, I find in the U.S. that so many vinyasa classes can feel disorienting, not this one!!! Tessa emphasized breath connection and gave the perfect amount of challenging, grounding, and rejuvenating. Loved

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI really enjoyed this beginner class, it was well paced and all the instructions were clear. I got a great workout, learned some new stretches, and felt very relaxed afterwards. The studio was well maintained and all the equipment (mats, straps, blankets, blocks, etc.) were easily accessible and in good condition. There was plenty of parking and the receptionist was very welcoming, which is great for new students. I highly recommend this yoga studio.
