alle Bewertungen anzeigenI don't know how to explain this, but handsdown he is the best yoga teacher, breaking down "too serious" stereotypes among yoga class, super refreshing humour and just perfect pace of movement, his story telling skill just exactly what we need to evoke that inner child to sit and listen, as if we're being told a bed time stories, I've been to many yoga classes but his earned a favourite in my heart (great music in the background too!). There are so much good things i can say about him, If only I'm not a tourist, i definitely be a regular in his class!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenhighly recommend. really enjoyed this. I didn't fall asleep but it's basically show up,lay down and listen.and somehow eben my body felt better afterwards not only my mind? I don't have a lot of experience with sound baths (yet?), and I can imagine some people might feel nothing or I dunno don't like it, but I really really liked this class and the others around me said similar things as far as I heard.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe class helped me open my hip. Even though I was not flexible at all and couldn't reach any of those positions, I felt much better afterwards. The space is really nice and clean. Shoes should be taken off at the entrance, which is a big plus. The instructor was helpful.
