Anyone can do the class at their own pace and he’ll make that clear. I’d say he’s a level 2 plus class. He’s extremely welcoming, inviting always embracing new comers. He’ll motivate you and help you to grow stronger and better. He cares and wants to see you grow. You’ll have a lot of fun! I highly recommend taking Greg’s class!

She also does take the effort to try to learn every every everyone’s name so she comes around and provides great feedback and corrections. I felt like I got a great burn still working at my skill level. Barre had a great balance of yoga and ballet. Great structure to the class.
