The facility was clean and the equipment was in great condition. The instructors were friendly and helpful in explaining the type of workout we were doing. Gabby & Mark were very knowledgeable & had great energy. Will definitely be back. Like crossfit, F45 is for everyone at all physical fitness levels and I loved that aspect since I am recently coming back to working out after having twins.
