I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was also important and refreshing he took the class in Swedish. I highly recommend.

Härlig instruktör och klasserna känns alltid trygga och välkomnande. Ingen prestation eller dömande utan man kan bara gå in i sitt eget flow och njuta.
