    Excellent class! The music was a bit too loud, louder than same time last week. If you see you have pregnant attendees please consider taking volume down a little bit, the loud music is bad for the baby (no earplugs can help, babu can hear the music).

    The gym is small and cozy but don’t let that fool you. Each class I’ve tried so far has been methodically planned and lead and feels like personal training. Highly recommend if you’re looking to up your strength training regime and don’t want to do it at a chain gym where you’re one in a million.
