I thought the class started off slow but it definitely was challenging in the end! I think we wound up to be the perfect mix. Also loved the stretch at the end and the cool towel! I left my yoga mat there (you don’t need one only a towel!) :/ so I’ll have to come back soon to get it!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI love Dawn’s class. She is incredibly knowledgeable with Pilates form and modifications (as I am recovering from past neck injuries). I prefer her style of Pilates over many others in the area. It’s a nice mesh of classical and contemporary. It isn’t showy and hard for the sake of being hard. It’s perfect in my opinion. I’ve been attending classes at this studio on and off for years and I love that they are SMALL classes and not a Pilates farm with a million machines. The instructors can actually critique form, offer modifications and suggestions for proper alignment. I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for over 10 years and this is a studio I consistently return to.

She walked around class and corrected us if needed, and of course complimented us if we were all doing well. She’s probably the sweetest instructor ever!! This was my first time in this studio and it was so cozy, welcoming and clean. I enjoyed the class and even more because the instructor was so kind and helpful.
