The classes cater to all levels, with plenty of modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. The vibe is laid-back and inviting, with lots of room to stretch out and make the practice your own. While I’ve enjoyed sessions with other instructors, Erin truly stands out. She’s warm, approachable, and supportive, creating a space where everyone feels welcome. Whether you need guidance or prefer to move independently, she respects your journey. Plus, her thoughtful quotes, relatable anecdotes, and occasional humor always add a special touch. This studio is a gem, and I’ll keep coming back—and recommending it to others!

This is definitely my ideal workout class - not so challenging (or insanely hot) that I get discouraged but just enough that I worked up a good sweat, learned some new moves, and left feeling great! Erin’s instruction was excellent, clear, and very encouraging. I also looooved her playlist! I’d recommend this class for beginners looking to take things up a notch or regular yogis looking for a peaceful and fun workout. I will be back for more of these classes :)

The gin was just a little too yin for me and I wish the class had incorporated more stretches but I also really appreciated that we held postures for such a long time and really got to sink into things. Get there early! This class fills up.

Would love to take it again if there can be an adjustment to maybe increase the bass or the type of microphone/headset used which made it sound like she was screaming the whole time over the music - very uncomfortable for the ears🫠

From the kindness of the staff, to the intentionality behind it (down to the clean restrooms & lockers w phone chargers - like 11/10) you can tell so much care is put into the space. Loved this sculpt class too, it was short(er) but I got a hell of a workout in that period of time. Definitely looking forward to coming back again! 💪❤️
