It goes kind of quickly, and even though Iām pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the gym there were some names of exercises I didnāt understand and had to ask a few times. The teacher was really nice though and answered all of my questions!

He provides multiple variations of postures to meet the needs of people in different ranges from beginner to advanced yogi. Also everyone has tattoos who shows up to his class so itās always entertaining to see the artwork. Totally love this class!

I feel like the people here who complained about this class have no idea what kundalini yoga is. It is Breathwork + movement! It is not a regular vinyasa flow class. The sound bath at the end was genuinely moving ā the teacher is a talented sound master, so lucky to have happened upon this class! Wowowowowowow!!!

I was worried because I have reactive skin, but she personalized the products accordingly and my skin was so happy! She didnāt push any treatments or products on me like some spas do, but she did suggest an add-on for next time, which I appreciated.
