    Chi was so lovely and welcoming. The pace of the class was enjoyable even though I found it a little difficult as a beginner but it was a blast class so. Would definitely come again! Bonus that they had all the moves on screen.

    Conditioning Focus

    Georgie was so welcoming, and really took the time to show me around the gym and introduce the program and the training style at optimal fitness. Georgie was encouraging and high energy coach. I did a conditioning class which was challenging, but at your own pace. The gym wasn't intimidating and I'm keen to return!

    Don’t normally leave reviews but … Going from someone who did only Pilates, the Sumhitt workout has been just what I needed. I’m fitter stronger and leaner. Best part about it, is that it’s a fun and quick workout that’s not too complicated. No judgement, in and out! Try it if you haven’t already.
