I love how easy these classes are for someone not used to yoga, the variety in each class, and the opportunity these classes give to meet other women in your same phase of life. We even learn some exercises and poses that can be used to help during the childbirth process. Overall, I love these classes and always look forward to going back. I’m so happy I found this group!
