She is incredibly experienced so guides you in the practise in a relaxed but fun way whilst sharing her extensive knowledge. Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.
