Excellent tips ie. open shoulder to improve and ensure postures were done most effectively. She even came over after class to chat. Looking forward to my next class with her.

Her gentle voice made it easy to follow her directions. I left her class feeling lighter - releasing a lot of stress, but also gaining inner strength. Can’t wait to take her class again!
