I look forward to coming back and getting to see the improvements as I am able to do more of the exercises. instructions were clear and the instructions was wonderful. also her voice is very ASMR quality

This was my first CrossFit class ever and it was a lot of fun, challenging, and tiring, but fun! I will definitely be back! The cardio was killer !!
