alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat work out, friend and I couldn’t do time under tension even in the first move and we ached for days. You will really feel the shakes. Instructors instructions sometimes not clear verbally but she demonstrates and goes around correcting. Nearest parking at cross street. Unfortunately packages still a bit expensive but it’s a fantastic workout, less cardio and more fine muscle endurance strength compared to the only other Lagree class I did in USA. The machines are so heavy omg
