Coach was nice and there are showers for if you need to head to work right after! Short and sweet class that makes you feel you got a good workout in.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI absolutely loved Kiera’s class. She mentioned it was her first day, but I wouldn’t have noticed had she not said so. Her instruction on form was very helpful (lots of instructors at other studios don’t mention/critique form hardly at all), and the flow of the class/cadence in her voice was authentic and natural. My only critique was the music choice. A little too distracting. One instrumental, soothing song played during Shavasana that I loved and wished a playlist would have been based off of that song. Other than that, PHENOMENAL class. 👍🏼

Katie teaches a wonderful class that seeks to help each individual identify what their body needs and address it. We are often out of sync with our own needs after spending hours attending to the needs of others. This class helps realign with the self and offers restful poses for a delicious one hour and fifteen minutes of recovery. Thank you Katie for bringing your yoga therapy and nervous system expertise to this beautiful practice!
