alle Bewertungen anzeigenI really enjoyed KA’s Fundamentals of Yoga class. Although it is designed for beginners, I think it is beneficial for both intermediate and advanced students. KA teaches you how to engage the correct muscles, explains proper alignment, and helps you understand where you should feel each stretch. I also learnt more about basic poses like Cat and Cow and realised I had been doing some poses incorrectly. This level of guidance is something you don’t always get in faster-paced classes. He is also humorous and makes the class feel light-hearted and enjoyable. Will definitely return for KA’s class!

The space is beautiful and spacious, and I especially loved how thoughtfully and carefully the lighting was adjusted throughout the class — it really helped me drop deeply into shavasana and made the rest feel even more restorative. I wasn’t sure about just a 45-minute session, but it worked perfectly — long enough to feel properly rested and recharged, and still easy to get back into my day afterwards.
