alle Bewertungen anzeigenThere was an unintentional mixup with some caneles I called to verbally reserve while walking towards the venue (not due to staff’s fault and I hadn’t reserved on ClassPass yet). Excellent service recovery from the staff! Particular shoutout to Eileen who really impressed with her empathy and warm reception. And to Ben who made sure to give a friendly smile and another apology the next day. Keep up the service excellence guys, you’ve won me over.
