As my hair was thin, Peter worked through the rebonding to ensure there was still sufficient volume for the straight style. For my daughter, the wolf haircut was done well. Reception was insisting customer needs to receive a call first for the booking to be confirmed (not stated anywhere), only to find out my appointment is in the system already (hence the instant book?). ClassPass needs to coordinate this with Browhaus coz maybe not everyone was briefed and they were confusing the rules with other group buy apps. Overall was a good use of my CP credits!
