I let her know first hand that this was my 2nd class as I told her that I may need help with my form as I had lower back pains the first time I did lagree. She gave me some tips to solve that issue, made sure to check up on me, correct my form, and really pushed the whole class to keep going. She’s very encouraging and I love that in an instructor! So far my lagree experience has been amazing and for that, I’m going to keep going! Raquel thank you so much and see you soon!!
