She also made an effort to help somebody with their machine since it was acting wonky and walked around the room to correct posture/form, the latter I appreciated.

She explained things well and was constantly checking everyone’s form which was great, I felt like I was in good hands. There was a lot of variety of moves and we moved all over the machine which was fun and nice to get familiar with all of the different functions of the Wundabar reformer! She also had a super good playlist, lots of 90s pop which I lovedddd. 10/10 recommend!!

But this place....exceeded my expectations. I actually used the tea station, I "arrived" in my space knowing it's clean, I "welcomed" myself to a place where I feel comfortable enough to connect with my practice again and this is definitely going to be part of my weekly routine. 😌 I am home. Just in time when I truly needed it most. Thank you to the husband and wife duo for creating a prenatal and postnatal space that is NOT in the valley. This place is a gem. 💎 oh and i'm bringing my husband next time cuz..yea! its that good.
