alle Bewertungen anzeigenWow! What an incredible teacher and an incredible space held to learn. It was my first time at hot yoga and this class and I felt welcomed and safe. Sindy is so clear with directions and bestows this sense of discipline which I really loved. My attention rarely shifted from my breath or body the whole class and I really do think that’s a sign of a great teacher and a well led class. Can’t wait to go back, hope she does more evening classes at mission in the future

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI liked how helpful and encouraging everyone were. The challenge level is upon you to set by choosing the right weights for yourself. My body is a lil sore the next day after the session but in a good way, not in a painful way. Would suggest to get there early to set up for the class.
