I’ve never sweat so much in a Pilates work out and I’ve done Solidcore before. Great workout and super motivating instructor with great music!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenVery welcoming, fun, and uplifting vibe. I’m grateful the room was very dark because I am drenched in sweat. Instructions were difficult to hear over the beat, but there were enough experienced people nearby that it was possible to copy what they were doing. :)
