Every single thing I did in that class was new to me, but it was all so easy to understand and Kellen’s coaching was so thorough and I felt like he was asking all the right questions trying to really understand what I want to get out of the workout. I really like that it’s not just a workout it’s basically a personal training session. I will for sure be coming back here and telling my friends about this place!

The high ceilings gave a nice eclectic industrial feel. The instructor was great, and I would definitely book again when I'm in the area.

The cues were easy to follow and she would also demo the moves for visuals. Like other comments said, I feel I got a great workout and it was a nice way to start the week.

It is a group of ppl in the class but fry would keep going around and making sure we are doing the exercises correctly and also pushing us a bit if it seemed a bit too easy which I appreciated a lot. Would love to take her class again! My arms are jelly now but in a good way :)

Uyen was amazing in helping to loosen that up and making the movement natural and easy to follow with immediate relief.
