Every single thing I did in that class was new to me, but it was all so easy to understand and Kellen’s coaching was so thorough and I felt like he was asking all the right questions trying to really understand what I want to get out of the workout. Boxing, Kickboxing, Functional Training (50min)

The front half is focused on kickboxing with the classic bag and the tear shaped bag and get lots of variations and combos in. The second half of the session is on circuit training with weights. I was sweating buckets at the end, it felt awesome. Also the group cheered me on when they heard it was my first class, it was so welcoming!
