I was really challenged but didn't feel too frustrated or uncomfortable during the class. Her energy was great, she had great suggestions to improve form, and she was very encouraging. I really liked the order and timing of the moves she chose for the class.

She supports and encourages people to listen to their own bodies, saying “your body is your best feedback loop to tell you what’s right for you.” She’s good at keeping the energy up, and letting us know where we’re at in the workout. I appreciated that, as a new person.

Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed. Note that a lot of time is spent on explanations during this class so would not recommend if you have any Pilates experience.

The workout room was hot to the point that it got hard to breathe with 6 other people in the room. Gianna's class was intense but with room to adapt and take it at a personal pace. The branding of the class was accurate as it wasn't traditional yoga but rather a good mat workout. I loved the views of the Olympics as I came to and from class.
