The instructor was excellent and actually did the class with us not just talk us through the moves which I'm seeing more and more. The infared with heat was just warm enough for me to drip sweat the whole time. I will be back!!

It helped me restore my lower back from driving 5.5hours and painting walls😂 in the last 2 days. The owner showed me around and explained how to use the machines. And then let me do my thing. I will say for the ladies this is an open environment. The red light therapy is private. But the shower which is required for sanitary purposes is open and in the middle. It’s nice for convenience when you’re going back n forth between the sauna and the pools, but again for the ladies you may feel a bit exposed. It was quiet and not many people there.
