There was less time under tension than I’m used to from other Pilates classes. However, you can always modify. I would recommend this studio and instructor!

In my opinion, what really sets her class apart from the others, is her readings. Each verse thoughtfully tailored to fit the pose and reminds you that you are “ perfectly imperfect.” I look forward to her Thursday nights Yin class.

The class size was intimate, so Virginia was able to provide me with variations to protect my back (I later found out she was a nurse! We appreciate a wholistic health expert). I love the connection between movement and breath in this class. I would love to take another soon.

I love being able to support smaller Pilates businesses, the studio is really cute and the reformers are great quality! I’ve taken classes with both Heather and Teri, they’re both lovely!
