I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. This gym has 5 stars for a reason it is really just in a league of its own. Wish I could go every single day.

The room was clean and there is a fan overhead to keep things cool. The instructor is easy to follow, and the exercises, while relaxing, did make me work up a light sweat.
