Naturally, the experience is meditative. I feel present in my physical body during the experience. Laura, at the desk, was helpful to me on my first day. I appreciate the kind and warm welcome she offers each time I come.

The atmosphere wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing as other places I’ve visited, and the space didn’t match the photos online. Additionally, the sports played on the TV at a very loud volume, which might not appeal to everyone or be relaxing. It seems more like a start-up, so just keep that in mind before visiting.
