The instructor is very good and gives alot of attention to students. Provides adjustments, moves around to show the posture correctly and even call you by your name. Highly recommend.

Inside Flow is exactly what I needed, it’s such a beautiful experience for the body, mind and soul. It helps you connect with your inner self, your inner dancer and your creativity. You flow to the beat, you flow with intention, and most importantly, you flow for YOU. There’s something very special about connecting with yourself while also being part of this beautiful community of people who seem to vibrate with the same energy. I only wish they offered more classes so I could enjoy Inside Flow more days of the week! ❤️ Totally recommend it!

We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.
