Shantanu is very patient, knowledgeable, and clearly knows his craft well. At this age, this is exactly the kind of mobility work my body needs. Definitely coming back for more.

Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!

She adapted the practice perfectly around my tennis elbow flare and still made it feel complete. I also learned things about my alignment and practice that I hadn’t noticed even after almost a year of yoga. Such a thoughtful and genuinely valuable class. 🤍
