She was so sweet and helpful from the moment I stepped into the studio, she checked in during the entire class to correct my form and encourage me, and answered my questions after class. The Essentials class was ideal for me since the moves were challenging but doable, plus slow enough for me to follow.

This studio seems to mainly do core off the back of the machine which is super challenging but not TOO challenging. Love it. & instructor is super nice, motivating, and easy to understand!
