I definitely relied on the class to follow moves, but overall it was fun and moderately challenging. I will definitely be coming back!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis Yin class was great! Becca was friendly and gave very clear instructions. I really enjoyed her calm voice and options for modification if a pose did not work with your body. Highly recommend if you want a very slow paced relaxing class.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis is a great combo class. The flow helped me feel present and happy, then the restorative part was sooo restorative. Absolutely recommend! It would be amazing to do flow and restore -> restore class right after. Some day I will dedicate the few hours to that :)
