What blew me away though was the affirmations and positive reinforcement he was giving to students throughout class! The first half awaken was the perfect way to start a Friday morning while the ending to unwind was very relaxing and peaceful. Recommend to me by a family member and glad I tried a class for myself. Hope to be back very soon.
