alle Bewertungen anzeigenCourtenay was super welcoming. He counted mats, encouraged the room to make space, and made sure there was clear space for everyone who walked in the door. That said, it’s a small room and everyone was super close to each other but it was a good community feel. He noticed when I was struggling with my hip and took the time to check on me and help me with a better transition. He also stopped the class after one of the sequences ended and walked us through a new sequence. It’s the first time I’ve felt like I was learning as a class instead of feeling like I was the only one who didn’t know what was going on. 10/10. Loved his vibe and his music.

I almost fell asleep in the class because of how relaxing it was when she guided us through yoga nidra. I learned something new every time I attended her class. Highly recommend!

Today’s flow is a bit hard for me but I appreciate her reassurance that we can modify to our practice and ability’s liking. I did notice that the stretching part was shorter (15 mins) than the typical 30 mins like the class description suggests.

Only complaint is it could be a little darker in there or at the very least an extra curtain to cover the door- people walking by outside and looking through the glass is a little distracting. Otherwise the studio was great!
