She instructed us through some yoga postures I’ve never done before that allowed me to open up my hips and IT bands which I really needed! I’m a newbie so it wasn’t easy to follow all the moves. I prefer more/better queuing. They let me attend, even though they are discontinuing ClassPass, noting some sort of trouble with them.

We did half of the class on the floor with benches and weights, and the other half with a med ball on mats for mat pilates. Ended with stretching & everyone was super welcoming :)
