Tiffany provided soo many form checks and descriptions - many I haven’t heard before from other studios I’ve tried and she helped correct my form with little tweaks. I enjoyed her class. Although, if you prefer classes with a focus/subfocus, this class probably isn’t for you. I felt like we didn’t stay in any movements for long with variations added. A few movements had a variation otherwise we would move to another movement. The class was a balanced total body workout.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenFirst time doing barre and I enjoyed it. Simple movements but still challenging. You can do the workouts barefoot or with grip socks. Studio is clean and organized. Room is somewhat small but just big enough for the class size. Instructor did a good job of explaining and demonstrating workouts. Will definitely be back.

I am somewhat more advanced in my practice so I was hoping for more poses buuut I left feeling amazing and spiritually uplifted. I will go back for this reason. I loved the music. It’s in a hot yoga studio so it’s pretty warm by the time class starts, dress is lighter comfortable clothes.
